Privacy Policy

La Touche de l'Art respects your privacy and complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law nº 13.709/2018). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• Provided by you: name, email, tax ID, phone, shipping/billing address when you create an account or place an order.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe and iPag — we do not store card numbers.
• Browsing data: pages visited, products viewed, cart items, clicks, IP, device, and browser.
• Advertising identifiers: cookies and URL parameters (utm_source/medium/campaign, fbclid).

2. How we use it

• Fulfill orders, issue invoices, and provide post-sale support.
• Personalize your experience (language, currency, recommendations).
• Measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

3. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel (browser script) and the Meta Conversions API (server-to-server) to log events such as product view, add to cart, checkout, and purchase. These events are shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) to:

• Measure ad performance on Instagram and Facebook.
• Optimize delivery to audiences with higher purchase intent.
• Build custom audiences (remarketing) and lookalike audiences.

When possible, personal data such as email and phone are SHA-256 hashed before leaving our server. Meta uses these hashes only to match events to platform users. You can opt out of marketing tracking by selecting "Essentials only" in the cookie banner.

4. Cookies

• Essential: login session, cart, language/currency. Always on.
• Marketing/Analytics: Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc), attribution. Only when accepted.

5. Sharing

• Stripe and iPag — payment processing.
• Bling — invoicing and inventory.
• Melhor Envio and DHL — shipping and tracking.
• Meta Platforms — tracking events for ads (with consent).

6. Retention

Order data (customer, invoice, tracking) is retained for the legally required minimum of 5 years. Browsing and marketing attribution data is retained for up to 24 months. Pixel cookies last 7–90 days depending on type.

7. Your rights (LGPD art. 18)

You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, or revocation of consent. Send your request to [email protected] — we reply within 15 days.
